Project Description:

D.Residence: 

This project is designed with a modern approach for a Villa in Riyadh City. The Villa typology is diverse in Riyadh, from traditional to modern to contemporary experiments, residential designs exemplify grandeur in the city.

Our main theme for the design was simplicity, to meet the needs of residents with a cost-efficient selection of materials. 

Our design in its absolute form represents the notion of Minimalism. 

This project was built and designed from local materials taken from the surrounding environment. Also, it is designed in a modern and simple way that suits the nature and behavioral patterns of the place. To utilize the maximum potential of the spaces, a garden, and a swimming pool was built on the outdoor patio, to address the warm climate and make the designated spaces interactive. 

In addition, open spaces and windows in the villa are in direct contact with the external environment, to allow the entry of sunlight and air to ensure the purification, quality, and health in the interiors of the residence
