The project is organized into six distinct zones, each carefully planned to serve a specific function. Zones 1 to 4 are dedicated to residential areas and a hotel, with the ground floors across these zones activating the streetscape through vibrant retail spaces. The fifth zone is dedicated to offices, while the sixth zone combines commercial facilities with additional office buildings. This zoning strategy ensures a well-structured, functional, and integrated development that responds to diverse community needs.

Beyond the zoning, the design vision focuses on creating engaging and memorable experiences. A central recreational hub fosters community spirit through dynamic activities and shared leisure spaces. A versatile courtyard provides a flexible setting for gatherings of all scales, adapting seamlessly to multiple functions.
