Project info:
This mixed-use development is one of the latest projects by RR Architects, showcasing a distinctive building form shaped by a blend of traditional typologies and contemporary urban strategies. The design incorporates elevated courtyards, loggias, terraces, a dynamic roofscape, and arcades—elements that foster social interaction, passive shading, and environmental responsiveness.
A key feature of the project is its step-back design, which forms green roofs that enhance aesthetics and provide communal outdoor spaces while reducing urban heat. The ground floor retail zone features arched façades inspired by local architecture, creating shaded pedestrian areas that enhance user comfort.
Connectivity is central to the project’s character. Designed around two pedestrian passages, the development links the metro station to adjacent neighborhoods, promoting walkability and integrating the site into the urban fabric. A landscaped plaza and tiled pathway create a seamless and inviting transition from transit to the development.
With a strong emphasis on ground-floor activation, the combination of retail and pedestrian pathways supports transit-oriented development (TOD) principles, ensuring this project by RRR Architects contributes meaningfully to the public realm and urban life.
